How to Incoporate YouTube and Texting into your Agency

The Mattress Factory in Pittsburgh is an innovative arts nonprofit. They have two new ways for their visitors to use social media while at the facility, MFiCONFESS and MFSCREENtxt. These are explained in further detail in this PoPCity Story. They are able to utilize this feedback to enhance their marketing toolbox.
